Every graduating Incubator company gets a guaranteed seed term sheet from Stealth Ventures on the way out. No second pitch. No re-diligence. The hard work was the 12 weeks — the check is the reward.
We sharpen the founder's thesis into a wedge. Customer interviews, problem definition, MVP spec, pricing experiment. Engineering kickoff at the end of week 3.
Our internal team (3-5 engineers, 1 designer, 1 PM) builds alongside the founder. Daily standups. Weekly demos to the partnership. End of week 7: live product, 5 paying customers.
Sales hand-off, content engine, partner intros from the network of 600+ portfolio companies. ARR target: $10K MRR by end of week 10. Cofounder candidates interviewed in parallel.
Seed term sheet signed from Stealth Ventures. Cofounder offer extended. Spinout — the company moves out of our office and into its own legal entity. We become first investor and board observer.
